We are pleased to welcome you to ABBA’s Dwelling, where we explore the truths of Scripture through the lens of creative writing. Join us on this journey through a variety of blog entries that will entertain, edify, encourage, and enrich you.

At ABBA’s Dwelling, we are fully convinced about the potency of the word of God in transforming lives and are aware that in our fast-paced world, creative writing is a helpful means of communicating the same. We have thus decided to explore the truths of the Scripture through the lens of creative writing, including storytelling, poetry, memoirs, etc.

We are a family of young people who, having known the truth and experienced the saving power therein, are passionate about sharing that truth with fellow young people like ourselves. We know that in this age of deception, our generation is in dire need of the original truth of the word of God systemically and effectively communicated. We hope that through the pages of this website, young people all over the world will come to encounter the Man of Calvary- Jesus Christ, Who died and rose again to deliver us from the power of sin, and Who now lives in us to do His will and carry out His purposes in the earth.

We have grouped all blog entries under six broad subgroups:

God’s Love: A genuine Christian experience must be founded on an accurate understanding of the love of God, which made Him give His only begotten Son to die for us. So deep, wide, high, and long is that love that no mortal man can fully know its dimensions. Our articles under this section will attempt to spur your mind to consider the awesomeness of the love that has ravished our hearts- a love stronger than life or death.

New Creation: We, by the grace of God, have experienced the liberty and victory that comes with a personal and precise revelation of the finished work of Christ at Calvary. It is our passion to communicate the eternal truths we have learned and walked in, to bring you to know the mystery of the Cross and the power of Resurrection that sets us free from the tyranny of Satan.

Identity: Being aware that this is probably the most attacked area of popular societal culture, we will use the truth of the word of God to bring you to a realization of your true identity in Christ, which is superior to any label the world system attempts to put on us.

Relationships: As young people with the inbuilt, God-given, beautiful craving to love and be deeply loved in an intimate relationship, we must be guided with Biblical wisdom so as not to fall into the several traps the enemy sets at this tangent that truncate the destinies of up-and-coming young people like you.

Destiny: Knowing that everyone who is saved has been recreated in Christ Jesus to accomplish specific “good works” that God prepared in advance for us to do, this section will present blog entries to inspire you to catch a vision of your destiny and get equipped to fulfill it.

Sexual Purity: Probably the fiercest battle every young person who will be greatly used by God will have to fight; this also seems to be an area in which Satan, our adversary, has heavily invested. We live in a sexualized culture and are bombarded with sexual innuendos quite often. This section will answer the age-long question posed by an ancient king whose beautiful testimony was dented by a costly mistake of sexual sin: how can a young man keep his way pure?

In keeping with the principles of the New Creation Life, “Not I But Christ” is our motto, as we have decided to conceal our individual identities while united behind a common identity as contributors to ABBA’s Dwelling. We want Christ alone to be seen, heard, and known.
